Regina's Daycare & Pre-K
Serving Our Community for over 10 years
Infants receive individualized care in our program.
At 3 months old children are on their individual feeding and napping schedule. We follow their cues and parentís recommendations to compile the best routine for the rapidly growing infant.
Whenever a child is ready to take two naps (6 months +), we offer a set schedule which adds a sense of predictability and stability to the developing infant.
Young infants are rotated between different positions to allow them to reach important milestones. Infants enjoy bouncy chairs, baby gym and tummy time. And, of course, infants are held very often and are talked to regularly. Infant-adult interactions are a very important part of childís development.
Older infants are given plenty of space and many opportunities to practice on their emerging crawling and walking skills.
Parents are responsible for providing items of personal hygiene (diapers, wipes and diaper cream) as well as food (breast milk, formula, baby food).
We provide a daily written report which includes feedings, naps and diaper changes and our friendly caregivers will be happy to provide you with any additional information about your childís day.
New enrollment is 12 months + only. Younger infants are accepted with older siblings who are enrolled our program.
